![]() Flower Arrangements for Sundays
Do you enjoy working with flowers? If you would like to arrange flowers for the Sunday services, the months of May and October are available. This is open to men and women of the parish. Instructions and mentoring provided if you like. Please call Elizabeth Joy at 416 487-3007.
Prayers for Healing
Are available every Sunday from the clergy before you receive the Sacrament at the altar rail. At various times in our life, we may feel a need for a prayer for healing in mind, body or spirit. Please feel welcome to ask the clergy for this ministry.
Backgrounder: Sunday Services
8:00 am A quiet, traditional service with short homily and one hymn. (Book of Common Prayer, Service of Holy Communion).
10:00 am
The 10 am worship service combines both traditional and contemporary liturgical and music styles to suit a number of different tastes! During this service, certified child-care is provided in The Nest for toddlers to age 4. There is also a lively program of spiritual formation called PromiseLand for kids 4+ up to age 15 in The Chapel of St. Nicholas on the lower level. They join in the worship service for Holy Communion.
4:30 pm - Jazz Vespers
A popular informal service, with short reflection, featuring some of the city's finest jazz musicians and guests. It has been included in the Toronto Jazz Festival line-up.
